With her strong passion for business and an innate desire to help people, Caramarie decided to get her Real Estate license in order to help others with all of their home buying, selling, and investing needs. Caramarie is an active member in both the community and life itself. She is a member of many organizations and mastermind groups which keep her informed of up-and-coming activities which may affect the market, and in turn, her clients. She prides herself on providing professional advice on a personal level. "I really like to get to know my clients and their families on a more personal level. There's more to buying a house than how many bedrooms or bathrooms you need. When I know more about their likes and dislikes, their future plans and their lifestyles, it makes it easier for me to find a home that fits not only their budget and their needs, but their style as well."

A native to the Kansas City area, Caramarie brings many strengths to the negotiating table. Growing up, she was frequently involved in many real estate endeavors her family undertook--from helping during the search process to managing them as investments. Her business strengths, as well as her dedication to her clients, allows her to consistently provide top-notch service. She and her team are committed to staying on top of the latest innovations in the industry, offering the newest technology available to their clients. Her charismatic style allows her to relate well to each and every client, making them feel both comfortable and cared for long after the closing.

Prior to getting her Real Estate license, Caramarie attended Graceland University where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. There, she was an active member of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) and a member of the women's soccer team. She very much enjoyed her years in the small town of Lamoni, Iowa, and it remains dear to her heart. "Graceland taught me much more than Business 101 or Financial Accounting. They taught me core business values, the importance of always doing what is right, and that your integrity is your most valuable asset. I take that to heart in everything I do. I work hard to protect my clients interests in each and every part of the process. Ultimately, how they feel about their real estate experience will determine how they feel about me, and I want that to be a very positive feeling."
