At The Extreme Team, we recognize that one size does not fit all. Just like us, each
client is different, with different needs, wants, and concerns specific to their
individual situation. That’s why we tailor the experience of each and every
client we meet. You’re different from the next person, and honestly,

How We Work…
For starters, we divide the Kansas City area up into four sections-with each of us
servicing a different area. This is the most important factor in helping us determine how
to best help you on your journey. Unlike most agents who try to cover all of the Kansas
City area, we focus on servicing individual areas throughout the Kansas
City Metropolitan area. This allows us to gain in-depth knowledge about
the area, and in turn help you to make a better decision in the sale or purchase of your
home.
From there, we walk you through the many steps you will take on your journey toward the
sale or purchase of your home. These include things such as: determining the amount of
house you can afford, negotiating the best contract terms for you, handling earnest money,
setting up and attending inspections, coordinating title work, and more.
